With over 20 years of experience in both the education and industry sectors, including more than 7 years at a postsecondary institute overseas, my focus has centred on training, graphic design, project management, and community engagement. This journey has provided me with a strong grasp of various digital media strategies and software, along with skills in visual communications principles, web design, and multitasking.In my current position as a Digital and Social Media Specialist at MindShare Learning, MindShare WorkSpace, and C21 Canada, I take pleasure in developing digital media campaigns, overseeing digital projects, and enhancing our online presence. Leveraging my background in design and coding, I ensure a consistent brand voice across our social media platforms. Additionally, I actively contribute to content creation for our Coworker E-magazines, The MindShare Can/am report, and the MindShare Top 10 report.As a Community Manager at MindShare WorkSpace, my daily responsibilities revolve around fostering collaboration and providing support to our members. From engaging with them and addressing membership issues to handling technical challenges, I strive to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment. Additionally, I play a key role in supervising new team members and volunteers, contributing to the overall growth of our organization.
