Responsibilities:- Planned and organized monthly stability study programme schedule using stability software. Planned weekly zero-time schedule for new in-coming stability sample. Ensure the planning is carried out in timely manner. - Prepared and submitted stability data and stability report documentation for Product Quality Review (PQR) and to other departments (i.e.: QA, QC & Regulatory Affairs) as per their request.- Maintained a safe and clean environment by practicing Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at work.- Maintained a systematic system for stability samples allocation and disposal. Managed and recorded information of in-coming stability study sample upon receiving. Supervised and monitored lab technician on correct sample labelling and sample allocation in designated stability rooms. Guided lab technician with identifying, collecting and packaging sample waste at the end of products’ shelf-life.- Established monthly allocation and retrieval record of stability sample which simplified sample retrieval process by lab technician. - Assisted in preparing stability studies protocol of analysis for various dosages as per request.- Involved in the new stability rooms project. Managed a team to move stability samples from old stability room to new stability room accordingly.- Collected, processed and analysed raw data from HPLC & UPLC instruments using ApexTrack in Empower program.- Reduced lab analysis completion period by performing physical test (i.e.: Karl- Fischer titration, disintegration test, hardness test and friability test).
