Handling accounting for clients (journal vouchers, payment vouchers) and preparing account reconciliations. Reconciling banks accounts on a monthly basis and managing payment transfers & communication with banks & insurance companies. Issuing monthly financial statements (income statements and balance sheets), ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing, and preparing all tax returns (VAT, NSSF, income tax).

Preparing journal vouchers and updating the general ledger, preparing payment/expense reports, and reconciliation of vendor and client accounts, and of banks accounts (on a monthly basis).
