Ha Na Teresa Park is a passionate community leader and believes that community is at the core of any transformational change. Born in Korea, raised in Honduras and immigrated to the United States, she never quite felt like she belonged. This was the driver for Ha Na Teresa to create safe spaces of belonging where the community could thrive and live their fullest potential as leaders and agents of change. Ha Na Teresa Park has worked in the communication field for the last 12 years with an emphasis on community-based marketing and behavioral change communication. She has combined all these experiences to create Teresa Park Academy and Mujeres del Futuro. Teresa Park Academy develops culturally responsive educational programs that help Latinas harness their leadership and entrepreneurship. She teaches Latinas how to effectively quiet the voice of our inner critic and design the life and business they absolutely love. In 2019, during Ha Na Teresa's world travel around the world for a year, she received immense number of requests asking for a safe space for Latinas to support each other in their personal and entrepreneurial journey. In response to the community's need, Ha Na Teresa founded the Mujeres del Futuro Facebook Group. The mission of Mujeres del Futuro is center the potential of Latinas in the digital economy. We offer world-class training programs that help Latinas build profitable businesses and grow professionally. She is also a Partner at Presence - a digital creative agency and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Washington's Master's program on Communication and Leadership. She teaches Multicultural Marketing: Creating Equitable and Inclusive Communication.
