I have full responsibility for the business activities of the travel agency Yacht Romance and YachtWedding. I am responsible for a dislocated team spread in three countries, product and marketing strategy and selection of suppliers.My main job is to make money - selling customized solutions, creating new products, taking care of VIP clients and project management. I am responsible for contracts with customers and suppliers.

My task was to establish the brand YachtWedding in CZ / SK, sale of tailor-made wedding tourism solutions and creation of new products (analysis of the market and customer needs, selection of suitable destinations abroad and local suppliers), customer acquisition, project preparation and remote management, marketing and promotion, creation of a catalog, web site content.My responsibility was sales, acquisition of local and foreign partners.
