Work Contents:Geological Exploration、Technology Consulting and Investment Analysis(1)Geological exploration projects1. Fully responsible for the management and technology of projects, including inspect, design, field implementation of prospecting engineering, management of construction team, progress and acceptance, coordination of local relations and the preparation of exploration report, etc.2. Fully responsible for the safety, quality and environmental protection of projects,including the establishment of safety system, formulation of work quality standards and formulation of various operation manuals and acceptance clauses. also contain project budget and settlement.(2)Mining private equity investment projects1. Participated in private equity projects, including prospect analysis, appreciation income analysis, research and judgment of project technical, financial and risk, investment implementation, management of technical and contract and design of exit channel.2. Due diligence on investment projects, including legal, financial and technical matters,preliminary feasibility study, assessment of investment value, forecast profit level and income, analyzation of investment risk,policy, market and technology.(3)Technical consulting projectCarried out technical due diligence, prepare exploration plans and exploration reports based on the results of exploration.Project Experiences:Geological survey, Geological detailed survey, Geological exploration, Reserves verification, Technical services,including as follows:1.2015-2016,Changfulong gold deposit detailed survey in Inner Mongolian,Responsible for the geological exploration and report.2.2016-2017,Ganzhu silver-lead-zinc deposit detailed survey in Inner Mongolia.3.2012-2013,Yunshan graphite ore deposit detailed survey in Heilongjiang province..4.Also participated in Indonesia，Dem. Rep. of the Congo for manganese,copper and cobalt oredeposit.
