Prelude FLNG is the world’s largest floating LNG and offshore production facility. It has an LNG production nameplate 3.6 MTPA, and Programmed were contracted by Technip Oceania to provide manning and logistical support services during hook-up and commissioning (HUC) phases. As an Instrumentation and Controls Technician for commissioning, key role responsibilities included:► Commissioning of instrumentation and control systems on/in the following topsides production, storage and loading Areas:☛ Feed gas receiving, gas treating and conditioning, C5+ removal, fuel gas, liquefaction, refrigerant storage, LNG storage, LNG loading, condensate stabilization, MEG regeneration, water treatment, condensate storage and loading► Completing ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plans), ITR’s (Inspection and Test Records), FIC’s (Field Installation Checklists) and NCR’s (Non Conformance Reports), as well as QA/QC of punch lists, and redlining or greenling drawings► Managing a range of communication protocols, including PCS, Fieldbus, SIS, Modbus and Profibus to detect, diagnose and remedy hardware faults and improve communication networks from their foundation► Evaluating instrumentation and control systems, equipment and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in troubleshooting, testing and repair practices► Loop checking and partial stroke testing (PST) of shutdown valves, recording valve signature profiles, and tuning valves.

► Dec 2017 - Jan 2018: EEHA Inspector with Brunel Energy on Ningaloo Vision FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading vessel offshore WA), conducting Hazardous Area inspections to ensure compliance to AS/NZS 60079 standards ► Aug 2017 - Dec 2017: E&I Technician & EEHA Inspector with SPIE Oil and Gas Services in the Montara Oil and Gas Field (Timor Sea, Offshore NT), commissioning and installing EI&C systems and conducting Hazardous Area (EEHA) inspections ► July 2017 - Aug 2017: E&I Maintenance Technician with Red Dirt Personnel at the McArthur River zinc, lead and silver mine (NT) for routine maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation (E&I) systems and equipment.

Chevron’s Gorgon LNG Project includes a 15.6 MTPA LNG plant and a 300 terajoules/day domestic gas plant. CKJV were contracted to supply E&I and SMP commissioning services for construction of 3 LNG trains, as well as utilities and the domestic gas processing and compression plant. As an Instrumentation and Controls Technician for commissioning, key role responsibilities included:► Pre-commissioning and commissioning work, including loop testing, valve stroking, calibration checks, and cause and effect testing, as well as operating the Yokagowa Centum VP DCS (Distributed Control System) and using Centum VP and back-end engineering tools including PRM, DTM, Valvelink and Radar Master to enhance front end output► Worked closely with Yokogawa engineering teams to develop and expand the software, conducted regular testing to ensure functionality, managed the operator interface, and identified and rectified obstacles to optimum performance.

Qclng Downstream Lng Plant - Curtis Island, Qld

► Installation, commissioning and fault-finding of instrumentation and control systems across the entire plant, including safety critical and control valves and pressure, temperature, flow and vibration transmitters and sensors► Worked closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), including Atlas Copco and Gasco for the installation and commissioning of compressors and water bath heater► Used HART and Foundation Fieldbus protocol devices for calibrations of protocol transmitters and valve positioners.
