As a registered and licensed occupational therapist, I am very passionate about helping my patients achieve and maintain optimal recovery outcomes, and restore quality of life and general independence. I take a more holistic approach to my work and enjoy working with families and patients through periods of healing. Since the start of my career, I have prided myself on being a continuous learner, and have consistently sought out and applied evidence-based best practices in all areas of clinical rehabilitation. This has culminated in becoming a Doctor of Occupational Therapy Candidate, after graduating from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.In addition to aspiring to become a Certified Hand Therapist, I am fortunate enough to have honed in on my key area of interest, which is patients suffering from a variety of hand and upper extremity pain, injuries, and conditions.Whether treating acute and chronic conditions, work-related injuries, or chronic pain, I’ve been recognized for my ability to employ positive language principles to enhance patients' psychological and physical well-being, and achieve their rehabilitative goals.
