Position and Responsibilities: IS Infrastructure Share Services Administrator-Asia (2012~present) Be responsible for all the GHD infrastructure administration tasks of Asia as L2 technical supporting, including all the servers, storage, network equipment, applications, etc. IT Manager-Changsha(2008~present)Based in Changsha Office, with supporting and team management responsibilities for 8 GHD subsidiaries, with locations including Changsha, Wuhan, Beijing, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia. Be responsible for establishing China Data Center, and assist some marketing related jobs.IT management includes server and network administration, budget administration, helpdesk, staff training, new workflow establishment and implementation, team building, and company knowledge management.Marketing related jobs includes potential clients information collecting, client communication, and assist the director of landscape and planning department in internal team management.Reporting to: IS Infrastructure Shared Services ManagerIT Manager ChinaChangsha Branch Office Manager.Oversee Experience during this period: 1. Mar. 2011: GHD IT Technology Conference hold in Carnes and Brisbane of Australia4. Oct. 2010: Internal IT risk audit in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices of Vietnam5. Jun. 2009 till Aug. 2011: Internal IT risk audit in Hong Kong office every 2 or 3 months.

Position and Responsibilities: Worked in BOSCH RBCC as System Engineer in IT department, responsible for server admin, storage admin and helpdesk. In this period, I was in charge of 11 servers.
