Responsible for managing category's PnL by streamlining, both buy-side (supply) and sell-side (demand) problems, and hence solving for pricing, selection, visibility, marketing and customer retention.

Key responsibilities:• Key account manager for 10+ accounts with a combined annual portfolio value of ₹200 million• Ensure complete delivery of client solution and build strategies to boost wallet-share for existing clients• Institute end-to-end project stream for new clients, with complete ownership of deliverables and KPIs like GMV, fill rate etc.• Responsible for overall business development cycle, ranging from pitching to on-ground implementation and delivery• Manage strategic accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the value promised to client

Job Responsibilities :-Performing managerial tasks, such as supervision and guidance of subordinate staff.-Bringing in more business for branch and the bank in the form of Loans, Deposits, Cross selling, etc.-Overlooking daily retail banking operations pertaining to walk-in customers in the branch.-Handling customer related issues and complaints such as discrepancies in accounts, etc.Initiatives and Achievements:-More than doubled the branch profit from INR 3 million as on March 2016 to INR 7.6 million as on March 2017.-Increased the total deposits of the branch from INR 370 million to INR 530 million.-Increased total advances of the branch from INR 298 million to INR 330 million-In the Risk Focused Internal Audit, conducted by the Bank for all its branches, my branch maintained the "well controlled" status with A+ rating. Total marks of RFIA increased from 852 to 871. This denotes that the branch was being run well with all the mandatory precautions being taken.-Maintained the level of Non-Performing Assets in the branch at zero.-In tune with Prime Minister's drive to move towards cashless and digital economy, more than 45% of the transactions in my branch were done on alternate channels such as Internet Banking, ATM, Re-cyclers, Green channel, etc. as opposed to average of 25 to 30% in the whole region.-My branch got appreciation letter from local BJP office for effective management of customers duringDemonetization.-Have organised camps in the government schools of the area, educating teachers, students and their parents about importance of banking and also about various government schemes such as Financial inclusion, insurances, pension scheme, Sukanya samriddhi etc.

Handled the Personal segment loans such as home loans and car loans in Wada branch in rural Maharashtra.Was responsible for keeping a check on the Non-Performing Assets of the branch.Brought down the NPA level of the branch from INR 5 million to INR 3 million.Also handled the responsibility of cash officer in the SBI Wada branch for a couple of months where I was in-charge of RBI currency chest taking care of INR 1 Billion in physical cash.

One of the 1500 candidates selected by State Bank of India out of 1.5 million candidates all over India under the Probationary Officer role.Went through 2 years of training period where you get to work in all the major departments of the Bank such as Agriculture loans, Personal segment loans, SME, Loan processing centres, Trade Finance centres, etc.
