Managed and operated the high-performance computing (HPC) cluster system of Northeastern University.• Planned, deployed and constructed Northeastern University computing resources in the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC), which includes Discovery, a state-of-the-art HPC environment, from small to large scale.• Provided overall leadership to Northeastern University’s HPC support team and overseen the technical evolution of the HPC environment. • Provided timely solutions within complex heterogeneous research computing environments.• Responsible for project management for the implementation of new HPC clusters as well as the planning and implementation of upgrades to old systems. • Worked closely with faculty and researchers, and advised members of the research community on best practices and assisted them in getting the most out of the University’s HPC systems.• Guided graduate students to research in HPC computing.

Researched and developed methods/algorithms to solve the equations that govern fluid flow with heat and mass transfer on top large supercomputers.Cooperated with the US Department of Energy (DOE) to develop parallel algorithms for large open-source MFIX (https://mfix.netl.doe.gov/) and implement them on national supercomputers.
