- Established the main framework and policies for the activities of the Life Insurance and Private Pension Monitoring and Enforcement Department,Leading the department which is responsible for;-Conducting surveillance activities and risk analysis of life insurance and pension companies subject to supervision- Analyzing the capital adequacy and financial statements of life insurance and pension companies. - Approval of the applications and permissions of the life insurance and pension companies with regard to capital structure, M&A, licensing. -Examining life insurance tariffs and technical terms and conditions -Constructing digital platforms and necessary control sets aligning with the legal requirements in coordination with Pension Monitoring Center for private pension companies.- Reviewing applications and customer complaints about life insurance and pension companies.

• Conduct onsite quality audits in the area of Life Insurance and Private Pension and Reserving on behalf of the government to guarantee company compliance with Insurance Law and Private Pension Law • Interview top management and specialists regarding improving the company performance • Provide comprehensive reports with requirements to meet compliance for the Undersecretariat of Treasury and the organization which establish timelines to resolve concerns• Lecture junior insurance supervision experts and actuaries about the private pension system and the life insurance concepts and introduction to statistics

• Assisted senior supervisors in the onsite audits of life insurance and pension companies• Audited the data from the company system and compared the consistency of the data with the physical claim files and balance sheet items• Reviewed the internal audit, risk management reports of the company and prepared summaries for the seniors• Developed comprehensive paper on the subject of Quantitative Impact Studies in the Insurance Companies Towards to the Solvency II Directives• Participated in the World Bank Project Group working on the design of an early warning system and conduction of the stress testing according to the Solvency II principles in Turkish Insurance Market
