In this role, I created and owned onboarding and continued training programs for the Member Support team and assisted in developing internal facing content for other frontline teams. Growing my experience within Learning & Development taught me skills in utilizing platforms such as Seismic Learning and Guru (Knowledge Base) in order to optimize training, while also quickly adapting the mode of training based on individual/team learning styles.

As a Member Experience Coordinator, I supported members through their process of learning about Found, onboarding for the program, and their continued journey as a member of Found. A key factor of this role was working as a team to take care of all member inquiries, ensuring we're on the same page regarding how to address topics such as billing, product delivery, membership plan options...etc. This role provided me with opportunities to contribute to team training materials by assisting with creating Standard Operating Procedure content to be utilized by the Member Experience team.

As Groups Department Coordinator, I administratively supported the Groups/Conference Manager in planning for group reservations and events.
