I conduct every phase of the software development lifecycle that is collecting customer requirements, analysis, design, testing of the functional development, operation, and maintenance of the product.- I worked for Loyalty Chatbot Project. I designed, developed, and managed the loyalty product that reduce the costs of loyalty departments in the airline industry by automating the most common operations.- I have been part of the project that is awarded as Amadeus Hackathon Winner Project. The project is Recommendation System for Targeted Customers in Loyalty: Created a recommendation engine, which is a machine learning model that will recommend promotions for targeted loyalty/airline members via user-friendly application/service.- I have found the green committee in the office for transforming into a green office. Established the recycling process and to raise awareness of supporting a green environment ( Internal social project).- I'm part of the communication committee in the company.
