As a User Experience Consultant at Karaca, I focused on the design and optimization of two critical internal applications: a reporting app for use by managers ranging from store to general levels, and a specialized HR application for Karaca's employees.The reporting app was tailored to meet the specific needs of Karaca's management team. Through extensive user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, we crafted an intuitive interface that provided essential reporting tools and insights, enabling seamless communication and data analysis across various managerial levels within the company.The HR application was designed to streamline human resources processes for Karaca's employees. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I identified key HR challenges and developed user-centered solutions that enhanced efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction within the organization.In both projects, my responsibilities included working closely with designers and developers, offering actionable recommendations, and ensuring the effective implementation of design solutions. As the Marketing Director, I spearheaded comprehensive marketing strategies to promote pet adoption throughout Turkey. My responsibilities included the development and execution of targeted campaigns, collaboration with shelters and rescue organizations, management of social media channels, and oversight of advertising initiatives to raise awareness and increase adoption rates. Utilizing a mix of traditional and digital marketing techniques, I successfully drove engagement and contributed to the mission of connecting loving homes with animals in need.

As the Head of Digital at Bline, I led the digital team in creating innovative and results-driven solutions for our diverse clientele. My responsibilities encompassed strategizing, planning, and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for well-known brands such as Taç, Paşabahçe, TurkNet, and more.

As a Project Manager, I had the privilege of orchestrating dynamic projects for renowned brands like Danone and Twist. My leadership extended to overseeing my own teams in design and technology, a vital aspect of project success.Among my most notable achievements, I led the development and management of Danons, Danone's internal IK portal, and the Twist Website.
