As the Chief Technology & Design Officer (CTDO) at MAWA, I'm responsible for defining and implementing the technology and design strategies in alignment with our business goals. My role includes leading the development of cutting-edge software solutions, setting engineering standards, ensuring the security and scalability of our technology infrastructure, and evaluating new technologies. I also guide the design direction, focusing on UX, UI, and overall product aesthetics, and collaborate with product managers to create engaging user experiences. I work to facilitate seamless integration of technology and design across all departments, foster communication between teams, set and monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. My goal is to create a creative connection between technology and design, creating a harmony that ensures MAWA's success and growth.

As a User Experience Consultant at Karaca, I focused on the design and optimization of two critical internal applications: a reporting app for use by managers ranging from store to general levels, and a specialized HR application for Karaca's employees.The reporting app was tailored to meet the specific needs of Karaca's management team. Through extensive user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, we crafted an intuitive interface that provided essential reporting tools and insights, enabling seamless communication and data analysis across various managerial levels within the company.The HR application was designed to streamline human resources processes for Karaca's employees. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I identified key HR challenges and developed user-centered solutions that enhanced efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction within the organization.In both projects, my responsibilities included working closely with designers and developers, offering actionable recommendations, and ensuring the effective implementation of design solutions. My contributions played a vital role in enhancing the internal operations at Karaca, resulting in more engaging and successful tools that supported our team's daily functions and overall success.
