- Brainstorming and planning Trade Marketing campaigns monthly with the Trade Marketing team; evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of the campaigns at stores & online- Writing and posting content about promotion campaigns in HCM on social media, including Zalo, Facebook- Observing and conducting the weekly and monthly reports about business performance, promotion campaigns, etc- Being in charge of handling, placing an order of POSM at stores

- Brainstorming and thinking about the Big Idea, the Key Víual and the event activities after receiving the customer’s brief.- Keeping track of the design team to have final designs - Working with an account to adjust any idea to fit the requirement of customers.- Writing the final proposal.- Have presentations about the proposal with customers.

- Brainstorming and planning the content for social media (FB, Instagram) and its schedule to post online.- Being in charge of creating the content, including text and image contents. - Managing the fanpage, answering the questions from customers and explaining their concerns.

- Brainstorming and creating the content and questions for the annual recruitment, the workshop and the annual marketing competition (Marketing Arena)- Making contact, sending mail and asking professionals working in the MKT industry to invite them to be judges or speakers at the marketing competition.- Organizing the event.
