Founded in 2016, Hand Over Hand LLC is a special education agency providing online and in-person learning instruction, parent training and consultation, and professional development to individualize the needs of students. All educational programs are created by Ms. Danielle, who offers her expertise as a certified Principal and Special Education Teacher to embed the student’s IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications to bridge the gap for students with all abilities. Ms. Danielle works with a multi-disciplinary team to understand your child's educational needs. We accompany you to school meetings and offer free consultations, SETTS services, and independent evaluations such as speech, language, and occupational therapy. Programs include a tailored approach for learners using assessment data collected at the beginning of each program.
