Utilities – Liaised with energy suppliers and aligned all internal and client gas and electricity contracts and put in place documentation to tender to energy suppliers with the aim of a single group framework agreement. c.£19m - Ran a tender to appoint a single broker and remove multiples across Babcock.Soft FM - Developed a Soft FM strategy for owned and client sites, spend c£45m.Presented project strategies to the Project Board and stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder requirements met and synergy savings delivered.

Started the Sourcing Process for the UK FM Contract and SLA Review, as well as the W.European Cleaning Review in preparation for inclusion into the Global Strategy.Responsible for the Sourcing of Electricity and Gas Broker for the UK and W.European end markets from understanding specific requirements through to online tendering of Broker services (via Emptoris) and ultimately ensuring the required contracts were put in place successfully.Regularly presented Project Steps and strategies to the Agrega Board and BAT stakeholders, ensuring that the appropriate sourcing methodologies were adopted depning on the situation, contract value and supplier involved.
