Project Management Office at The New Terminal One - John F Kennedy Airport - Responsible for the MEP and Commissioning Program Oversight

Responsible for the overall implementation and execution of the Commissioning Program for the New Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport. Central Terminal B was a 6 year $5.1 Billion dollar project consisting of a new Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant, over 1.3 million square feet of a new Terminal Building consisting of 2 new 35 gate terminals, 2 pedestrian sky bridges, a new check-in hall Headhouse, 1.5 million separate square foot parking structure, as well as new new roadways and access ramps.

A key member of the Developer's Team focused on building a new world class terminal facility in Queens, New York, the gateway to Manhattan. This $5.1 Billion P3 project, the largest in the United States, includes Vantage Airport Group, Meridium, Skanska ID, Skanska-Walsh Joint Venture, HOK and Parsons Brinckerhoff.Overseeing MEP design and construction on behalf of the developer as well as serving as the CxA responsible for design, implementation, and execution of the Commissioning Program. Over the next 6 years the Central Terminal Building (Terminal B) at LaGuardia Airport with be replace through a series of carefully planned construction and operational phases, all while maintaining full operation of the existing terminal complex. At completion, the new state of the art facility will embody a NY sense of place, 31 Group III gates / 4 Group IV gates, and amenities that will make travel to the heart of New York a wonderful experience for all.

Project manager primarily focused on the delivery of complex projects. Key projects included:- The Harvard Art Museums, 32 Quincy Street Expansion and Renovation- The Harvard River House Renewal Program - Multiple Programs - West Point Military Academy - Bartlett Hall Science Center

Served as a Commissioning and Construction Administration Specialist. Primary role was focused on developing and executing commissioning deliverables. Supported the Construction Administration group with submittal reviews, site inspections, as-built verification, and project close out.
