+Investment: responsible for the whole investment process from entry to exit.-Pre-investment: deal sourcing, market and industry research, data analysis, due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, discussion and negotiation.-Transaction execution: legal document review and negotiation; and transaction closing.-Post-investment: strategic advisory on business expansion, product initiatives, organization restructuring, corporate governance, IPO, listing, investor relation strategy, financial control and management, M&A, critical project participation...-Exit: Investor approach, information memorandum preparation, negotiation, and transaction execution.+Fund raising: support fund raising process, including presentation, data-room, due diligence...+Fund reporting: periodic portfolio performance report, annual ESG report.+Chief representative of Vietnam office: general administration and liaise with local authorities.

• Set-up credit policy, risk appetite and risk profile; perform risk assessment and offering credit terms to clients;• Effectively perform cash management, cashflow projection to optimize cashflow and minimize financial cost• Search, negotiate and set-up banking facilities and foreign exchange derivatives to ensure sufficient financial resource for corporate financial obligations.

• Provide wide range of accounting and financial services including set up of accounting system and procedures, book-keeping, financial reporting and analysis, cost review and control, and ERP implementation… etc., to clients.
