• Act as the first point of contact for customers’ inquiries and complaints via call center and social media (email, live chat, Facebook, etc.)• Be responsible for day to day customer service operations including order verification, payment processing, order status update, and aftersales services.• Provide customer support on their inquiries about products information.• Handle and resolve customer complaints following established procedures and policies• Join up-selling campaign, achieve individual and team sales target• Corporate with other departments within company and outsource third parties to ensure all orders are proceed and delivered to customer smoothly
