- Teach communicative lessons online to adults via Zoom. - Assign and correct students' homework. - Give academic advise and feedback to students to help students improve in their learning journey.

- Teach JUNIOR & SENIOR program for children from the age of 7 and above.- Take on substitute classes when required.- Communicate with Teaching Assistants and Student Care Advisors to know more about students, get feedback and work together to support the class.- Provide a supportive and fun classroom environment for students.

- Tutor one on one classes (for children & adults)- Teach General English classes ranging from A1 to B2 for highschool students and adults in a classroom size of 7 or under.- Teach Business Classes for working adults.- Tutor and Teach IELTS classes (General Training and Academic)

- Plan, deliver, and evaluate effective and engaging lessons.- Conduct workshops and events.- Contribute to the development of the curriculum by providing feedback to managers regarding teaching materials, Multimedia lessons, Student Books…- Improve students’ communicative abilities through on-going reinforcement and assessment.- Take care of assigned students by regularly monitoring, reporting, and consulting, based on students’ Academic report.- Collaborate with staff and managers to support students’ academic needs and centers’ operations.

- Conduct orientation classes, give academic advising sessions, and assist students.- Teach one on one Review classes face to face and online.- Deliver short 20-minute practice with students after lesson.- Follow students' progress and provide feedback and motivation in person and over the phone.- Collaborate with Educational Consultants to facilitate Renewals and Referrals- Create a fun, all-English learning environment, premium experience for VIP students.- Manage Staff's Schedule.- Train, observe and give feedback for new/junior staff.

- Deliver student educational experience with good customer service- Ensure students trust and follow the Wall Street English Method- Conduct orientation classes, give academic advising sessions, and assist students - Provide feedback and motivation to students - Advise students on how to achieve their educational goals- Motivate students throughout the course both in person and over the phone- Collaborate with Educational Consultants to facilitate Renewals and Referrals- Create a fun, all-English learning environment

- Do Office Administration work to provide support for Sales Operation Team.- Support picking phone calls and transferring customers to Sales Operation Team.- Contact potential clients in the Northern region of Vietnam to introduce trial package of the company's.- Assist in Customer Care Team in filtering and posting jobs onto company's website.

- Provide support to children with English on an individual, class or small group basis- Giving extra help to children with special needs or those for whom English is not their first language.- Motivate and encourage pupils- Assist with marking and correcting tests

- Enforce rules and procedures for TOEFL/IELTS/JUNIOR exams at YOLA Cong Hoa.- Stay vigilant throughout the test, circulate around the rooms, maintain silence and ensure that no cheating occurs
