Responsibility:-Software engineering team build-up and development, including people hiring, coach, goal setting, performance review, coach more than 35+ software engineers;- Goal setting based on corporate strategy and supervisor input, Budget control and CAPEX review quarterly.- Take full responsibility on engineering aspect to achieving corporate revenue goal , in-time product delivery and balance on resource/cost control:> Interfacing with RD/BD/TM/Sales team on resource assignment for customer promotion and support;> Tier1 customer requirement joint-review with BD/TM team, customer support model setup and optimization;> Operator (CMCC) relationship management, joint-promotion for TD product roadmap and system architecture;- Android BSP team build-up is under-going;Achievement:- With BU re-orged and shifted to Application and Customer Support dep. Complete software device driver team bring-up(~12 enigneers), and fully responsible for all East China customers support, start on the Android BSP team bring-up (2 engineers);-Direct customer interface responsibility for ZTE/Arima/SIMCOM, keep maintainance for good relationship with ZTE high management, to GU product line Vice GM level;- Once as Taiwan RD extension team, built up Chipset Validation Team(~20 engineers), completed TDD chipsets validtion both for EDGE and HSPDA/HSUPA, ship to partner LeadCore for the joint development, gain up to 70% market share;- Built up TDD customer support team for the TDSCDMA key customer(LG/ZTE/Sharp) and maintain 50% marketing share, take full responsibility on TDSCDMA platform verification, critical business review with product line;

- Lead SW activities for reference design platform (GPRS, EDGE/TD-HSDPA). All platforms delivered on-time and gained up to 70% market share;- Co-work with the UK team to build-up and transfer skills/capability to localize RF platform in SHA team;- On-site Korea to support LG with different teams globally for months, successfully design-in LG;

- To support Korea design house for 2G product based on Skyworks solution;- To customize MMI features;

- Protocal stack development, responsible for CSD, AT commands, SMS module- Software integration and enhancementAchievement:- 1 patent -
