Negotiate contracts with performers and key production staff, in accordance with collective bargaining agreements. Learning all aspects of the show from VEE technicians and supervising the running of the show by the Chinese crew.Monitor rehearsal processes in order to ensure that the performers are obtaining the accurate choreography and following planned schedule. Monitor every Sesamestreet live show to ensure that the performers and the crew are maintaining the high quality of the show. I was touring with the show for 9 cities (Shanghai, Xi’an, Hefei, Wuhan, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Qinghai, Nanning and Beijing), all with in China. I participated by operating successfully within a large multi skilled team, the tasks were wide and varied, some of which were, so as to load in and load out in each venue, to ensure that the crew arranged the props, costumes and technical equipment, in a proper packing manner for safe prompt shipment, from city to city.Checking venues with the crew before load in, in every theatre to ensure that the venue was qualified to our technical requirements.
