Business transformation lead and product platform owner • Led the transformation team to develop an information platform -- from vision to production -- using open source, DevOps, containers and microservices.• Since May 2016, the platform has delivered over 4.25M data points, across 709,000 cards.• Led a team to create a strategy and roadmap for IT transformation initiative designed to reduce costs and increase delivery speed.• Rolled-out a new user experience involving uniting data across the firm and introducing a user experience first paradigm and design thinking principles. Implementation lead• Designed and developed a plan to simplify audit processes across the US firm leveraging two new tools. • Established the onboarding processes, training materials, communications plan and worked with the global technology team to deploy the new tools to 24,600 users across 1,230 engagements. • Created the vision, strategy, implementation and operations to transform a multinational organizations' manual, paper-based processes involving over 4,600 forms into an optimised digital platform. • Managed the technical analysis and created the business case to rollout a new user experience involving uniting data across the firm and introducing a user experience first paradigm. Project management• Directed a team of 25+people in Switzerland, New York, Bangalore and Washington, DC to create new processes, support implementation and change management while delivering new supporting technology.• Ran the project management capability efforts across 17 work streams managing 60+ staff to establish an effective internal controls environment. The end result utilized a shared services model which led to significant cost reduction.• Directed a team of 59 people responsible for overseeing end user computing and application efforts designed to deliver internal controls documentation, remediation and testing of over 200 financial reporting EUCs/applications.

• Led the development of a B2C offering for three lines of business from inception to implementation including: product strategy, branding and positioning, business case/ROI analysis, user experience mapping and development. • Established and implemented all operational aspects of an internet marketplace including: technology vendor assessments, contract negotiations and business terms, training, and quality assurance. Implemented the marketplace for Washington State, Arizona State University and the Commonwealth of VA. • Led custom software development and implementations for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Department of Defense. Deployed technology development teams through the software development life cycle for both custom development projects as well as COTS customization, systems upgrades, data migration, testing and release processes.• Directed the strategic business alignment efforts for transformation initiative for the Air Force, an enterprise wide initiative impacting 8,000 users at dispersed regional locations. • A significant contributor on the Department of Defense 3,000-page transition and change management plan, an enterprise architecture and modernization effort across an systems inventory of over 2,000 financial systems. Led over 90 business process re-engineering workshops across key finance business functions.

Developed and implemented web-based project management tools used to assist GM Online deployment to over 5,000 users across 55 applications and 47 divisional units. Analyzed technology services contract with EDS and implemented recommendations which led to efficiency gains of 63.3%.

Produced technical memos isolating specific weaknesses in financial reporting systems and identified loan portfolio performance recommendations.

Developed policy briefings, market feasibility studies, and trade issue memos for Mexico and Southeast Asian countries used to promote international trade and investment.
