As a Recruiter:- Be in charge of recruitment & training.- Implement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency of company recruitment process- Collecting Personal document of New Employees, Welcome onboardAs an Administrator: - Preparing offer letter, implementation of labor contract, expired labor contract monitoring.- Handled payroll and insurance processing, employee benefits.- Managing and improve the Company’s regulations & process.- Setting up and conducting the company’s events.- Plan and track internal development courses for employees- Implement procedures such as issuing HI card, changing health-care provider for employees, SI, UI book procedures.- Advise on salary policy, bonus policy- Manage employee evaluation information, Renew Labor contract.- Managing the company’s assets and equipment.- Other assignments by CEO.As a Communicatior:- Managing and organizing corporate communication activities (external & internal)- Building company brand on social media channels

- Attend testing meetings and complicate with the development team by English - Analyze requirement and specification of projects to create test cases.- Work in multiple platform environments.- Verify the quality of requirements, including testability, requirement definition, test cases.- Record the result (pass/fail) and any new defects uncovered during the test execution- Job management and bug reporting on JIRA- Perform functional testing, integration testing, user interface testing via mobile application (iPhone/iPad, Android phone/tablet) and desktop application.- Participate in executing manual test scripts- Perform regression and retest testing as necessary
