- Approach senior candidates: .Net, PHP, Java, etc. via networking and Job boards (Vietnamworks, TopCV, etc.)- Screen qualified CVs for interview round- Develop recruiting strategies to build a strong network of technical candidates; organize, maintain and update candidate databases;- Phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment form, etc.- Make relevant reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc;- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

- Maintain & optimize candidate database on a daily basis by direct contact with candidates who sign up on Getlinks’s platform (Normally through phone calls)- Support candidates with profile completion- Identify candidates’ expectation on their job search & career expectation- Support my seniors on candidates search for active jobs, either internal roles or clients’ roles- Candidate sourcing on external resources- Shortlisting candidates for jobs

- Create recruitment news source (Post recruitment online) - Support to select candidate proles - Support scheduling interviews, recruitment organizations - Call to schedule an interview and send a confirmation email
