Reviewed report of actual stock, slow moving items, obsolete material for further actions.

I took lead of Planning team covering end-to-end process: forecast - quotation - plans - material/capacity - production - delivery. • Drove planning activities to manage forecast, sales & production plans, material plans and execution, capacity modules, man-power plans and allocation, overtime plans, INV plans, budgeting and management. Reached target 100% OTD, no shortage / expired material case, consumable cost reduced 15% yearly, customer satisfaction 9 points on average, inventory turn increased to 11.2.• Monitor daily production output, took owner to solve issues affected to delivery plans, engaged cross-functions to associate their activities with production plans. Collected and analyzed data foresee issues in early stage for timely actions.• Inventory plans and management. Defined supply strategy (safety stock, min-max, receiving frequency) to save inventory and space. Managed slow moving items, scrap material.• Responsible for multiple BOM, regular checked back actual consumption for further actions; assure accurate data on system, took lead annual physical counting.• Budgeting and control, drove actions to reach target for cost saving. AWO saved 26% consumable cost (2018).• Order management: stock level, MRP, lead-time, MOQ, receiving frequency, safety stock, min-max level. Negotiated with suppliers to shift Just-In-Time delivery and stock at their side to save inventory and space, slashing inventory 20% (2018).• Organized and led Action Work Out with cross functions and supplier’ team at their site for drive down cost and lead-time reduction.• Monitored and regular measured suppliers’ performance. Challenged suppliers for capacity, lead-time, MOQ, delivery frequency and stock.• Cooperated with ware-house to manage material: receiving plans, consumption plans, daily/weekly issue to production, physical min-max level visualization, Kanban system application. Responsible for the whole project, from customer order to delivery. This project includes ordering material, supply material for outsourcing shipyard, building ship at vendors, transferring vessel from vendors site to The Netherlands, commissioning and delivery:

- Take part in all departments of the whole ship yard to understand flow of working and connection between functions.- Working as yard planner: formulating and managing project plans, budget. Weekly reschedule production plans to reflect actual status and advise production team on actual labor hours if budget is going to be over.
