Reviewed report of actual stock, slow moving items, obsolete material for further actions.

Challenged suppliers for capacity, lead-time, MOQ, delivery frequency and stock.• Cooperated with ware-house to manage material: receiving plans, consumption plans, daily/weekly issue to production, physical min-max level visualization, Kanban system application.
