Work closely with county worker to ensure all paperwork for Medicaid clients are in so claims can be paid and clients can focus on their care. Work towards collecting all qualifying revenue from Medicaid to meet our deadlines. I have met our goals of 100% for 5 months now with collections of 1 million dollars for 3 months. I've been told they haven't seen this kind of collection in my role for a year now. Our team did not reach the collections goal I was hoping for over the summer but I think we made great progress to get there in the future.

I started out doing Administrative Assistant tasks for about 1 year. During the first year, I assisted in our budgeting process. For 2-3 years after that, I worked in Rehab billing as a Billing Assistant. In 2015, I assisted with Accounts Payable for Oxbow Lake. I managed all insurance billing for our Oxbow Lake facility and was responsible for insurance billing for our TCU unit at North Memorial. I assisted with bank reconciliations and month-end processes for Account Receivables. I also helped in preparation for our yearly audits, and data logs for our Care Choice Network.
