Job description:Order Raw materials and MRO-equipmentsfollow MRP system from both local and oversea suppliers☞From Feb.2012 to Sept 2016: order Raw materials:- Follow up material requirement (MP, FP), release FCST to suppliers, issue PO (MRP-requirement based), keep following up delivery status from suppliers to optimize material supplying- Co-ordinate related parties (GOC, HQ purchasing, etc) and department (QA, PE, PCD, etc) in order to arrange and monitor material status (shipping schedule with Logistics, quality with QA, Material requisition with PP, etc.)- Minimize stock status to avoid slow-moving, long-term and useless stock (by controlling closely production plan's fluctuation, revising PO and delivery status accordingly as well as clearing bad stock timely with required/correct information noticed and accurate evidence collected, …)- Monitor, train, support and co-operate with subordinators in their daily job to comply all the rules and procedures in order to achieve individual KPI targets as well as the whole team's (department's or company's) ones.☞From Sept 2016 to Jun 2020: after rotation, I changed to order MRO and equipment:- Find and resource suppliers with good price and service on market- Evaluate vendors with related departments then process to register new vendor: check their condition and evaluate whether they are qualified enough to become SDI vendor(human resource, supply capacity, process ability…etc)- Double check demand upload on system and required urgent order from related department then check with vendors about price and shipping plan, choose vendor who can supply best price and best service from the list of all suppliers.- Place Contracts and Purchasing Orders to vendors- Keep closely contact and communicate with Logistics members and Forwarder members to follow shipments to be available in warehouse as schedule.- Check goods receiving- Negotiate directly with suppliers to get best price
