Current- Being one of four managers and running the company directly with the founder.- Responsible for planning daily tasks to ensure business operations run smoothly. Some B2B companies that I have directly supported since the beginning are: Bulgari, Sun Life, Forbes, Sony, RMIT, DHL,...- Placing customer service as the focus, the company's Google page has maintained a 5-star rating throughout my time working here (growing from 150 reviews to 430+ reviews).- Responsible for handling and negotiating problems with customers. The results are handled satisfactorily and always deal with solutions that make customers happy. Most customers still return to use the service after resolving the problems.- Responsible for managing the accounting team, while understanding the company's financial picture.- Observing situations and grasping issues, thereby regularly giving opinions to optimize processes, as well as proposing solutions to optimize costs and revenue for the company.
