Recruitment support of the Aerospace department: setting up travel and interviews for candidates, new hire orientation, processing I9, new hire onboarding and initiating security clearances with DoD

• Perform full life-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative and support service positions (i.e. nurse, nurse manager, clinical assistant, nurse practitioners, financial service reps, health educators, registration)• Participate in the Workforce Planning Committee to review department productivity and recruitment needs• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports • Conduct and assist with new hire orientation • Work in collaboration with benefit, payroll and compensation staff to resolve employee issues• Administer the Employee Referral, Bonus and Tuition Reimbursement programs• Review and approve department timecards• Prepare all new hire paperwork and personnel file in addition to maintaining and auditing I-9s• Create and maintain Lawson HR records in accordance with the payroll schedule, including data entry and processing of terminations, status changes and promotions

• Support company-wide recruitment efforts in posting jobs, scheduling interviews, performing reference check, initiating background checks and preparing offer letters• Prepare all new hire documents and conduct new hire orientation, including benefits enrollment• Audit new employee files and I-9s• Prepare monthly Executive Report of recruitment progress, which includes advertisement budget, referral source, and hiring success rate

• Support recruiters for the Test Engineering, Platforms, and Site Reliability Engineer teams by scheduling interviews, arranging travel accommodations, collecting and reviewing documents for expense reports, performing reference checks and preparing offer letters• Greet and close with candidates during their onsite interviews, and brief them on their offer lifecycle process• Organize and facilitate weekly hiring committees consisting of recruiters, engineers and managers• Facilitate the process of allocating new employees to projects and collecting new hire information• Preparing ad hoc reports as needed
