Current- Establish a customer care system following by ISO 9001:2015
- Establish a Customer Relationship Management system.
- Set up and operate customer care management system (Cognito, SSALE, Bitrix,..).
- Set up a collaboration process according to Kaizen 5S.
- Setting up standard forms (contract, quotation, invoice,...)
- Recruit and develop training plans for team of over 10 staff.
