Phu Le JSC is located in the same famous name village which has almost 200 years of making traditional rice alcohol. In this small but inspiring enterprise, my responsibilities were various from production to market: - Quality: setting up a quality assurance system including standard procedures for internal quality control- Purchasing all materials for production- Trade marketing and social media marketing- Sales management (4 ASM, 30 Sales rep., annual revenue 300.000$)These activities allow me to well understand not only the product but also the consumer insights and FMCG distribution system.
