OFFICIENCE is a French outsourcing service company specializing in Vietnam, serving international clients in Europe and the United States. As a Data Analyst team leader, I received the requests from Customers via QC leader then discussed with team to clarify the requirements, defined the solutions, gave training to new members and reviewed the result from team. We also tested to develop internal tools.
