Hani has ten years’ experience working with international organizations. He has been working on developing different promotional, educational and training materials for the last couple of years in USAID-funded projects. He is currently working as Training Manager on AMAL project. He is responsible for developing and implementing training strategies; including but not limited to planning the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.In addition to that, Hani is a key person to the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) department. He is responsible for the project’s Management Information Systems (MIS) who assists with the design, development and refinement of a web-based access database to capture all project activities and facilitate periodic reporting. He plays influential roles in mining for data necessary to maintain report on and update the M&E system.Hani holds a diploma with honors degree in Business Administration from Skagit Valley College, WA, USA, a diploma in NGO management from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University, enrolled in MBA program in Cairo University and expected to hold his degree in 2018. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
