• Assist Project Manager in review of contracts and proposals.• Assisted Superintendents with field activity management, including site logistics, sequencing and coordination, inspection scheduling, and QA/QC programs.• Project Management Preparing Daily and Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.• Managing and creating Project schedules.• Review specifications and scope of work.• Review and Preparing and approving Bills and Making recommendation.• Review of Process Data Sheets and Drawings for construction of Buildings.• Participate in project progress review and coordination meetings.• Cooperate with government agencies for approval documentation related to construction of Projects.• Carrying out technical supervision of construction contractors during the execution of the design, construction & commissioning ensuring the quality of the works according to the contract requirements• Managing resources to perform scheduling & construction activities in cost effective manner.• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.• Preparation, settlement of extra clime & realization of payments.• Manual calculations using Excel Sheet as per Codes and Standards requirement.• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Company HSE and Security policies and procedures and meet company HSE goals and targets, and participate in HSE programs.• Coordinating all on-site construction activities from the start stage to until the hand over stage up to the satisfaction of Client and company.• Ensure/Control quality of materials and workmanship as per contract plans andspecification.• Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget. • Implementing HSE requirements as per HSE manual.• Check and back-check documents and drawings produced by consultants and venders • Conducting regular Tool box meeting along with supervisors, Foreman, Engineers to make awareness.
