As a backend developer at Yellowsys, I contribute to the development of an advanced chatbot solution that aims to enhance user experience and satisfaction. I focus on seamless data integration and automation, ensuring that the chatbot can access and process relevant data from various sources and provide accurate and timely responses. I collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team of frontend developers and data scientists, using Microsoft products, NestJS, and ASP.NET as the main tools and frameworks.I am also a software engineering student at the National Institute of Applied Science and Technology. I am passionate about problem solving and integrating software solutions in our everyday life to ease it. I have developed a custom Power BI visual to improve data visualization and analysis, and utilized Azure serverless functions for enhanced data processing and retrieval. I am eager to learn new technologies and skills, and to apply them in real-world projects that can make a positive impact.
