QTC MGR ( quote to collect manager ) At Al-Faisaliah Medical Systems Responsibilities:-1) Check & approve all the quotes before sending them to customers, in coordination with: (execution engineering dept. for costing) / project management dept. / sales directors/ sales teams/ bid & contract dept.2) Provide the final approval before dispatching them to customers 3) Provide the final approval on the calculation sheet for the needed for submittal the gross profit that has the approval from the management as per the authority matrix.4) Check & approve budgetary bid / performance bonds5) Check & approve incoming customer orders & contracts6) Check and approve the processes in the SAP system for any order modification or change order and perform the correction needed.7) Continuous follow up on projects performance with concerned departments.8) Continuous improve (QA) quality assurance processes if required.9) Continuous follow up for all the communications (Fax/ Mail) between the customers and the company.Extra experience:- In 2007 initiate the project management department -In 2008 supervise the brain suite at King Fahd Medical City (KFMC) worth of 40 MSR and it was a successful model of job completion and hand over to the customer on time.- In 2009 Supervise a project for Security Forces Hospital Dammam (turnkey project) that has a value of 84 MSAR (it was a successful model; collection was paid also in the same year.-Maintain all vendor contracts and the communications with the (SFDA) Saudi food drug authority registration
