Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring. Control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.Define, jointly with Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.Ensure that the project follows execution best practices and policies and effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.Monitor and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued.Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project. Ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed, and drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claim management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures all required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes.Act as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Builds and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies. Coach and provides feedback for project staff.

1. Working with project Manager, supervise all sub-contractors and trades.2. Co-ordination of sub-contractors and material deliveries to assist the Site Manger in ensuring an efficient method of construction work, to the required quality and build programme.3. Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure targets are achieved and high quality is maintained.4. To ensure working methods are performed correctly.5. Comply with Assistant Site Manager’s responsibilities as laid down in the Group’s Health, Safety & Environment Policy, complete the relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly basis and encourage safe working practices on site.6- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.7. Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.8. Liase with Sales department and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance/ satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation.

1) Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.2) Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.3) Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.4) Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.5) Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements.6) Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew
