• Handling daily cash sales, and all cash transactions of Branches, Export sales and liaison with Bank’s for depositing.• Monitoring all purchasing invoices related to the factory, and auditing with stores (received voucher).• Preparation of cash flow and fund flow statements.• Monitoring of different cash custody, for daily expenses (general maintenance) car’s and other related matters.• Handling and issuing monthly company cheques, to suppliers, contractors and other related clients.• Handling all banks’ settlements with the factory.• Handling and finalizes staff end of services and their rights according to labor office regulations.• Keeping track of stock entry & maintaining monthly physical stock inventory and preparation of annual stock statement of raw materials and finish products.• Maintaining general ledger with advanced technology, debit note, credit note, banks statement and other accounts transactions.• Maintaining banks statements and rectifying of errors if any.• Guarantees execution of banks and all letters of credits.• Maintaining and audit monthly balance sheet.
