Assessment:- Administering and scoring psychological test: PAPI Kostick, Kraeplin, Pauli, SPM, CFIT, DISC, Wartegg, Baum, DAP, IST and TIU5.Leadership Tests: LEAD.- Observation and interview

- Designed and executed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and conducted impactful internal training sessions.
