Novo Nordisk is on an ambitious journey to maximise outreach to patients globally while committed to net zero emissions across our entire value chain by 2045 at the latest. I'm doing my part as Project Manager in Product Supply. I'm responsible for implementing Novo Nordisk's environmental strategy, Circular for Zero, in Investment | Engineering & Sourcing (IES) and across our Capital Goods supplier-base. This includes developing and implementing a net-zero roadmap towards 2045 for the major Scope 3 categories. Additional responsibilities include safeguarding supplier capacities, of capital goods, to secure the execution of global investments projects at Novo Nordisk. This is achieved by founding and maintaining the Novo Nordisk Investment Supply Chain Community to gather supply chain intelligence form suppliers. Other expertise include supply chain risk and risk management.

Engineering graduate undertaking the graduate program at Ørsted.1st rotation in Asset Management, Bioenergy. During this rotation, I helped mature the asset risk management of Ørsted's portfolio of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) bioenergy plants. Other responsibilities include optimizing plant operations and harvesting business case opportunities across the portfolio.2nd rotation in Commercial Management, Offshore. Roles and responsibilities include portfolio level management of offshore assets in the UK and Continental Europe. This includes developing best practices for the regional asset management teams and establishing business processes, such as risk management, across the portfolio.3rd rotation in Asset Management (Hornsea One), Offshore. During this rotation I was acting Commercial Manager for Hornsea One (world's largest offshore wind farm). Main responsibilities include asset management, joint venture partnership management, as well as scoping and managing asset optimization projects. Other responsibilities include risk management and securing commercial negotiations.

Cost Risk Management of CapEx projects. The thesis focused on mapping and analyzing Novo Nordisk’s cost risk management landscape, and finally providing tangible improvements. The final recommendation involved formalizing informal risk management processes and developing cost risk intelligence in the organization. The project was awarded with a grade 12 (highest grade) on the Danish grading scale.

Investment Project Office, Product Supply at Novo Nordisk executes and supports strategically important investment projects with high business impact for Novo Nordisk.
