-Monitor inspection and Testing and ensure all are done on time and in ethical manner.-Monitor coc issues and analysis the process for better performance .-Assign inspector for inspection once receiving client's nomination. -Supervise -review inspection documents .-Respond to client queries. - Establish the process to achieve 100 % work accuracy and maintain claims free .-Attend and provide special training about Saber system-SFDA Program - Iraqi program to all VIP clients in their office to increase the awareness and keep the good relation.- Implant creativity, innovation and initiatives.-Always we keep the monthly meetings to update the staff with the new updates and put the plans for the next month.-Gathering with the team from time to time to keep the relationships and discuss about strategy, goals

- Conduct pre shipment ,commercial inspections once recvd nomination as per inspection guidelines.- Rich awareness with inspection requirements - Deliver inspection report on time to operation team with in 24 hrs.- Raise and update top manager for any discrepancies taken during inspection for investigation.- Be updated with national and international standards .
