My experience so far as a sport educator has taught me to be a self-motivator, how to work as a team and lead one. I am also able to adapt quickly, I will always bring a positive attitude into the work place. Fitness Instruction is my passion, I love teaching all ages and have the ability to share that passion with them. This is my way of trying to keep me active, give back and make a difference in other peoples lives. A personal ambition of mine is to take kids from under privileged backgrounds onto excursions or visits to Olympic Venues and running through Visualisation Techniques with them to help build Confidence and Self esteem. I firmly believe that firing their imagination into considering what's possible is an important tool to have. The emphasis here starts with winning in the mind first. Imagination is the most important key component. Working with high performance athletes has also been one of my passions, as demonstrated through my experience with the London Lions at the Copper Box.
