Made subs for customers, prepared veg and meats, rotated stock when needed, completed stock inventory, been responsible for the opening (alone) and closes of shop, responsible for til/float money, counting said money during the day and at night. Working for a one baker bakery in rural Victoria, supplying multiple IGA stores with product including bread, rolls and sweets and many local cafes and football clubs with a rage of bread, pies, rolls and all other bakery goods.
