Some of my best strengths and attributes are born from my own struggle to overcome racism and gender bias, and my victory in transforming what used to be my broken marriage. From these experiences, I developed my resilience, my compassionate listening, my creative thinking and my firm belief in each person's inherent rivers of gold.
