I have a background in Education and Language Acquisition with more than two decades of experience in multicultural, international classrooms. In this arena I have discovered how human beings learn and what intrinsic and extrinsic factors inhibit or accelerate their relationship building and their own performance. Some of my best strengths and attributes are born from my own struggle to overcome racism and gender bias, and my victory in transforming what used to be my broken marriage. From these experiences, I developed my resilience, my compassionate listening, my creative thinking and my firm belief in each person's inherent rivers of gold. As your coach, I walk beside you with encouragement and ask the deeper questions - sometimes hard but always without judgment - that challenge your beliefs and help you expand your view of your role within the circumstance that hold you back. Preparing adult Learners for the International English Language Test carried out by British Council and Cambridge University. IELTS test scores are required for university study in most English speaking countries.

Developing culturally sensitive course materials on South African social, political and environmental issues. Sharing the beauty and complexity of South African cultural diversity.
