1. Draft and vet various general and bespoke Sale and Purchase Agreements (Developer and sub-sale), Tenancy Agreements, and Power of Attorney(s) related to the conveyance of Property and other agreements such as Shareholder Agreements, Investment Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Outsource Service Agreements for individuals and companies.2. Entrusted to lead and supervise numerous Developer Projects (with or without Title) for residential and commercial lands including Malay Reserve Land and mixed developments involving locals and foreigners in Johor, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur.3. Supervise and monitor sub-sale transactions for many types of property involving individuals and companies with values of up to RM64 Million.4. Supervise and monitor the preparation of documents related to loan mortgages for the purchase of property, refinancing, commercial loans, and construction loans with values of up to RM60 Million.5. Supervise and monitor the Perfection of Transfer and Charge of Property for Purchasers (locals & foreigners) and the Financiers (inclusive by way of Power of Attorney) as well as the Discharge of Charge (with or without title).6. Supervise and monitor the preparation of documents for auction cases (public and private auctions) for individuals and companies.7. Oversee and monitor the presentation of documents for the conveyance of property including but not limited to Transfer of Property, creation of Charge, and Private Caveat transactions at the Land Offices.8. Supervised and monitored the application of foreigners’ consent at the relevant authority to enable foreigners to acquire property in Malaysia.9. Routinely undertake negotiations, and advice, regarding multiple issues personally with various authoritative bodies including the Land Office, LHDN, CCM, and Financial Institutions.
