- Sourced IT appliances, software, and services through RFP, RFI, RFQ and direct award processes based on UMW Financial Limit Authority Guidelines (FLAG). Negotiate for optimal pricing and contract terms.- Generate Purchase Order using SQL Software. Informvendor for the purchase confirmation and liaise with finance team for the payment.- Managed vendor relationships, registering new suppliers and monitoring contractrenewals, evaluations, and supplier performance.- Maintain proper documentation on KUBE platform for faster invoice circulation to be charge back to vendors/suppliers.- Monitoring outright order laptop and rental laptop on UMW OPCO’s & SBU’s- Ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

-In charge of shareholders data accuracy for dividend payments. Manually monitor and update sheet with shareholders data from Bursa Malaysia.-Registering new IPO applicants. Follow up and communicate with applicants to make sure perfect documentation.
