Hanif is an American-trained architect with more than 15 years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, city & regional planning, real estate, and international development in North America, Europe, and Asia. He’s actively seeking business opportunities involving 3D Construction Printing (3DCP), Additive Manufacturing (AM), IBS pre-fab systems, parametric, and generative designs in the US and in Asia. I strive to add value in process and production.Although born in Ohio, my formative years were in a village in the smallest, Northern-most agricultural state, Perlis (town population 48,898) in Malaysia, bordering Thailand, before migrating to the "big city" NYC (population 8.4 million) on the East Coast USA - where I attended America’s first racially-integrated high school (learned from teachers who fought for Civil Rights)- propelled to study architecture in Philadelphia where I graduated with a B. Arch (studied under Louis Kahn’s apprentice), studied classical architecture in Rome (backpacked Mediterranean Europe), won awards for regional "green design" and awarded for a critical thesis on desegregation in Malaysia - catapulted my interests in Master's in City & Regional Planning; Public Policy - concentrating on equitable International Development and Real Estate.Having lived through these rural-urban experiences, I’m inspired to pursue AIA, AICP, and LEED BD+C and NCARB's mutual recognition programs between USA (NCARB AIA), Canada (CALA), Mexico (FCARM), Australia (AACA), and New Zealand (NZRAB) and serve global communities!
